A very, very large double, dark rose pink flower. The blossoms are so huge, you'll need to stake this one but it is very much worth it. A standard in the cut flower trade due to its beautiful buds, extremely large flowers, long vase life and sweet, romantic fragrance. Crimson red flecks just add to its beauty. Selected as the 2004 Dried Cut Flower of the Year by the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers. Paeonia need to planted no deeper than 1-2 inches. Deeper results in nice foliage but no blooms. Humus-rich soil and excellent drainage. pH 6.5 ideal. Foliage is attractive all summer.
